Steven Brian Eaves, 50 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he entered a box service automobile with a slide-up door with Watters & Associates Landscaping with the intent to commit a theft.
Police said that Eaves stole a Stihl Weed Eater, valued at $350.
The incident occurred back on May 19th at 1825 Martha Berry Blvd.
Eaves has been charged with entering an automobile with intent to commit a crime.
