Ray Earl Mack, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week at the RaceTrac in Armuchee after he was found in a drunken and boisterous manner.
Police said that Mack was acting in a loud and boisterous manner while using vulgar language in front of customers. Reports added that Mack refused to leave the property when management asked him to do so.
When officers arrived, Mack is accused of attempting to walk away from them and then not complying with lawful commands.
Mack is charged with public drunk, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, obstruction and probation violation.
