Miguel Armani Wimby, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he hit a 28 year-old woman in the face.
Police said that the victim suffered visible injuries from the attack, which occurred at the East Rome McDonald’s.
Wimby is charged with battery and probation violation.
