Martel Cornelius Hight, 44 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found maintaining a disorderly home on Flannery Street.
Police said that officers found Hight encouraging drinking and other misbehavior such as loud music, while causing a disturbance in the neighborhood. Police added that Hight’s action saw numerous neighbor’s driveway being blocked due to a party being held by Hight.
Reports went on to say that Hight was asked numerous times to follow lawful commands before he attempted to intervene in another arrest.
Hight is charged with maintaining a disorderly house and obstruction.
