Jorge David Novoa Araneda, 46 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was passed out drunk in a bathroom stall at the West Rome Walmart.
Reports said that when employees attempted to wake Araneda numerous times without response due to the level of intoxication.
Araneda is charged with public drunk.
