Francisco Ramirezz Cipriano, 23 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked a man and woman at a home on Woodland Street.
Reports said that Cipriano became intoxicated and then proceeded to strike the woman in the face, resulting in a busted nose. He then proceeded to bit the woman and the man, leaving lacerations on their hands and fingers.
Police listed the ages of the victims as a 22 year-old man and 46 year-old woman.
Cipriano is charged with two counts family violence.
