A homeless 41 year-old Rome man, Bryon Lavoy Garrett Jr, was jailed this week after police said he was found burglarizing a vacant building on 4th Street in Lindale.
Reports said that Garrett entered the building with the intent to live in it.
Garrett is charged with 2nd degree burglary.
