Alejandro Fonseca-Reyes, 21 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was involved in a drunken altercation on Williamson Street.
Police said that they found Fonseca-Reyes under the influence of alcohol while yelling profanities toward a family member outside their home. Reports added that family members attempted to calm him down and were trying to get him to go home safely. Officers went on to say that Fonseca-Reyes refused to accept a ride home and resisted help, which promoted to call 911 for help.
Fonseca-Reyes is charged with city disorderly conduct.
