Martha Reva Moreno, 41 of Cedartown, was arrested in Rome after reports said she used a deceased person’s personal information to log into her insurance account and add herself as a policyholder.
Reports said that Moreno added a 2005 Nissan Titan truck to the deceased insurance policy between January 2, 2026 through January 7, 2026 without permission of the deceased not the estate executor.
Moreno is charged with identity theft fraud.
