Franklin Early Hardman, 59 of Cartersville, was jailed in Floyd County after reports said he was found in possession of approximately 3 pounds of marijuana.
Reports said that the drugs were found during a traffic stop near the intersection of Highway 411 and Dodd Blvd.
Hardman is charged with two counts possession/distribution of marijuana.
