Jada Ahriell Prothro, 24 of Atlanta, was arrested at the Fairbridge Inn on Martha Berry Blvd after reports said she stalked and attacked a 25 year-old woman.
Reports said that Prothro violated a no-contact order when she was found in the victim’s hotel room. Police stated that during a dispute, Prothro placed her hands around the victim’s neck in an attempt to strangle them.
When officers arrived, Prothro allegedly refused to follow lawful commands and resisted arrest.
Prothro is charged with aggravated assault, aggravated stalking and obstruction of police.
