Kenneth Stephens Ray, 54 of Bethlehem, was arrested in Rome after reports said he sent obscene photos and messages to an undercover officer posing as a 14-year-old female.
On April 28, 2026, Ray sent a photo of an erect penis via text message to what he thought was a 14-year-old female. Then, on April 29, 2026, Ray sent a photo of a nude female performing oral sex on a nude male via text messages while stating, “This is what you are going to look like”.
During that same time span, Ray is accused of telling the undercover detective “I really want to lick your sweet juicy ***** baby”. He also told the detective on April 29th, “I wish I was ******* you right now” and “I will let you put baby oil all over it so it will slide right in your tight 14-year-old *****”.
Ray is charged with two counts of furnishing obscene materials to a minor and obscene internet contact with a minor.
