Robert Carl Smith, 48, and Rondale Lee Smith Jr, 50, both of Silver Creek, were arrested this week after a traffic stop resulting in felony drug charges.
Police said that they pulled Ronald Smith over for failing to maintain his lane on Maple Road. During the stop, a K9 officer alerted on the vehicle. A search then resulted in officers finding synthetic marijuana under both the driver’s and passenger seats.
Both are charged with possession of synthetic marijuana.
Ronald Smith is additionally charged with failure to maintain lane and probation violation.
