Taylor Diaz Avant, 35 of Cartersville, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he attempted to use a counterfeit $50 in a gambling machine.
Reports said that Avant attempted to use the funny money at a store on Maple Road.
Avant is charged with first degree forgery.
