Treva Misuni Wiggins, 43 of Summerville, was jailed in Rome after reports said she harassed staff at Atrium Health Floyd.
Reports said that Wiggins contacted the hospital after having been banned and told that they are no longer providing her treatment.
Wiggins is charged with harassing communications.
