Suhail Solaris, 45 of Marietta, was jailed this week in Rome after reports said he took $15,000 to do construction work, but never completed it.
Reports said that Solaris defrauded the victim of the fund between January 16-29, 2025.
Solaris is charged with conversion of payments for real property improvements.
