Kevin Ward Clark, 46 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of cocaine after repeatedly calling 911 for no reason.
Reports said that after Cark repeatedly called 911, officers went to his home on Wax Road to see if there was a problem. After arriving at his home, police discovered no issues, but did find Clark with suspected cocaine.
Clark is charged with possession of cocaine, unlawful conduct during a 911 call and parole violation.
