Erica Shermaine Montgomery, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found maintaining a disorderly home on Flannery Street.
Police said that Montgomery encouraged drinking and other misbehavior, such as loud music, while causing a disturbance in the neighborhood. Reports added that Montgomery’s actions caused others driveways to be blocked while creating traffic issues for the party even after being warned multiple times throughout the night.
Montgomery is charged with maintaining a disorderly house and obstruction.
