Liliana Chelsea Lopez, 21 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she discharged a gun while drunk and high near the roadway of Burnett Ferry Road.
The report said that Lopez discharged a Glock handgun while standing about 15 yards away from the roadway. Police added that they found Lopez under the influence of marijuana and alcohol to the point that it was unsafe.
Lopez is charged with reckless conduct, discharging a firearm under the influence of alcohol and discharging firearm near a public roadway.
