Heather Johnson Moreno Cruz, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she drove to the Rome Police Department headquarters on a suspended license.
Police added that when she pulled into the parking lot she refused to exit the vehicle, causing officers to forcefully remove her.
Cruz is charged with obstruction of police, probation violation and driving on a suspended license.
