Timothy Terry Smith Jr, 45 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he burglarized Enterprise Rental on Shorter Avenue.
Reports said that Smith went into the location, took the keys to a Wagoneer, and left without paying. Smith is then accused of leaving the lot with the car, which was valued at around $10,000.
Smith is charged with second degree burglary.
