Dominique Xavier Rashon Smith, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stabbed an 18 year-old man with a knife.
Police said that Smith pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed the victim on the left side. Smith then proceeded to pull a chunk of hair from the victim’s head. The incident reportedly occurred in front of a small child at 109 Billy Pytle Road.
Smith is charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery, affray and cruelty to children.
