Henry Marvin Wadsworth, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found drunk in public.
Police said that while responding to a call on Wallace Street, Wadsworth was found intoxicated. He then reportedly fled from three officers during orders to stop.
Wadsworth is charged with public drunk and obstruction.
