Jameana Raquel Batie, 25 of Cedartown, was arrested in Rome after reports said she fought with officers while being placed under arrest during a traffi stop.
Reports said that Batie was clocked driving 74 mph in a 55 zone. After pulling over, officers said that they discovered that she was driving on a suspended license. Police went on to say that Batie proceeded to pull away from officers when they attempted to place her in handcuffs.
Batie is charged with speeding, driving on a suspended license and obstruction of police.
