Jason Matthew Reece, 31 of Summerville, was jailed in Rome after a traffic stop at the intersection of GA 140 and Floyd Springs Road.
According to reports, Reece was found to have been driving under the influence of methadone and alcohol.
Officers said that the stop originally occurred after they observed Reece failing to maintain his lane of travel.
Reece is charged with DUI, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane.
