Frederick Jamal Hughes, 33 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after a report said he was found in violation of a court order when he stalked three individuals.
Reports added that Hughes also fled the state and did not appear at a court hearing back in October.
Hughes is charged with three counts aggravated stalking, bail jumping and two counts failure to appear.
