Kayden Angel Centeno, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found intoxicated and driving at a high rate of speed down the Armuchee Connector.
Reports added that during the traffic stop, officers discovered marijuana in his possession. They also discovered that he was driving in violation of his license class.
Centeno is charged with possession of marijuana, DUI, speeding and violation of license restrictions.
