Miguel Angel Vazquez Perez, 28, and Danny Cabrera Guzman, 25, both of Rome, were arrested following an alleged drunken argument at a home on Heard Street.
Police said that the men were reportedly yelling while intoxicated and making others feel in fear of their safety.
Reports said that Guzman admitted to have drunk six beers.
Perez is accused of picking up a brick in an aggressive manner during the dispute. Officers added that they saw him stumbling in the roadway when they arrived.
Both are charged with disorderly conduct and city drunkenness.
Perez is additionally charged with three counts of failure to appear.
