Brian Todd Fuller, 57 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he molested a child for years.
Reports said that between October 2019 and late 2023, Fuller allegedly molested a girl while she was between the ages of 14 and 18 years old.
Police said that Fuller touched the victim’s inner thigh without consent with the intent to arouse himself.
Reports added that Fuller also made threats that were recorded, stating that he was going to burn the victim’s house down with her and her kids in it. He also allegedly threatened to twist the victim’s neck until her yes comes out.
Fuller is charged with child molestation, sexual battery, terroristic threats/acts and criminal trespass.
