Monique Nicole Valentine, 47 of Rockmart, was arretsed this week after reports said she imprisoned an 18 year-old female.
Police said that Valentine and the victim got into an altercation when she refused to allow the teen to leave the home and prevented her from dialing 911 for help.
Valentine is charged with false imprisonment and obstruction of a person making a 911 call.
