Lukas Shane Franks, 31 of Kingston, was jailed this week after reports said he burglarized property on McHenry Drive.
Reports said that Franks is accused of entering a semi trailer used as storage. He was allegedly seen attempting to open a safe using various tools.
During the burglary, Franks reportedly committed over $500 in damages.
Franks is also a wanted fugitive for crimes committed in Alabama.
Franks is charged with second degree burglary, 2nd degree criminal to property, criminal trespass, probation violation and fugitive from justice.
