A homeless 36 year-old Rome man, Christoper Thomas Potts, was arrested this week after reports said he was found sleeping inside an abandoned home on Maple Avenue.
Reports said that Potts was found inside 801 Maple Avenue, which was deemed unsafe by city building inspection.
Potts is charged with criminal trespass.
