George Hubert Robbins, 70 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he exploited a disabled person at Chulio Hills Health and Rehabilitation.
Reports said that Robbins went into the victim’s room and kissed her to “Make her feel good”. Police added that Robbins was seen going into the victim’s room twice on the date in question. He is also accused of going into the room several times over the past few months.
Robbins is charged with battery and exploiting a disabled adult.
