Evelyn Annel Vizcaya, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stalked a man.
Reports said that Vizcaya violated a TPO when she called the man and left voicemails on his phone. Police said that she was issued the TPO on March 3rd and began to call him on March 7th.
Vizcaya is charged with aggravated stalking.
