Jeana Lynn Dunn, 50 of Rome, was arrested at TJ Maxx after reports said she attacked a loss prevention associate after being confronted about stealing from the store.
Reports said that Dunn was attempting to walk out of the store with $196.86 worth of merchandise when she was confronted by a store associate. Dunn then proceeded to shove the victim during the altercation.
Dunn is charged with theft by shoplifting, simple battery, DUI, speeding, open container, improper tail lights, and probation violation.
