George Hearst, 76 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole an assortment of electronics from the East Rome Walmart.
Police said that Hearst stole a 43” ONN PB TV ($148), deli food he ordered ($6.87), a Logitech speaker system ($69.96), and a Black & Decker coffee maker ($24.97).
Hearst is charged with theft by shoplifting and contempt of superior court.
