Jose Guadalupe Borjon Caldera, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he pointed a gun at several individuals and then proceeded to shoot.
The incident occurred next to the road at a home on Edgewood Avenue.
Caldera is then accused of shoving a 51 year-old man in front of thee children.
Caldera is charged with five counts of aggravated assault, simple battery, six counts reckless conduct, three counts cruelty to children, discharging a firearm near a street.
