Pablo Martinez, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he obstructed a police investigation at his home on Beech Street.
The report stated that Martinez refused to exit the home while they were serving an arrest warrant for a probation violation.
Martinez is charted with obstruction of police and probation violation.
