Devin Ray Dockery, 33 of Rome, a convicted felon, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession a stolen vehicle and two stolen handguns.
Reports stated that the arrest began when Dockery refused to pull over for officers while driving in a reckless manner. After eventually stopping, Dockery is accused of fleeing on foot.
Dockery is charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property, obstruction, fleeing from police, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, too fast for conditions, passing in a no passing zone and reckless driving.
