Robert Anthony Chapman, 55 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he acted violently toward staff at an apartment complex on Redmond Road.
Reports said that Chapman used abusive words, which incited a breach of peace that resulted in them triggering the silent alarm.
When officers arrived, Chapman allegedly resisted arrest by attempting to retreat the back of the home. Champman then reportedly grabbed at the officer’s equipment and weapons.
Officers went on to say that Chapman proceeded to shove them into a wall that caused a glass/wood cabinet to fall.
Chapman is charged with two counts felony obstruction and disorderly conduct.
