Jason Dehaven Boozer, 48 of Kingston, was arrested this week after reports said he threw a 44 year-old woman’s cellphone to the ground, causing it to break,
The victim also told police that Boozer charged at her, making her feel that she was going to be harmed.
Boozer is charged with simple assault and criminal trespass.
