The Rome Floyd Metro Drust Task Force arrested three individuals during a raid on Branham Avenue. T’Mar Mirch, 25, Martell DeAngelo Collier, 34, and, Darryl Allen Williams, 35, all of Rome, were allegedly found to be in possession of Fentanyl, cocaine, and marijuana.
Officers added that they also found digital scales, packaging materials, Psilocybin and a firearm.
A one-year-old child was also found in the home. Officers said that the child had access to the drugs and the firearm.
In addition, Williams is accused of selling Fentanyl to a police informant back on January 22nd.
Ware is charged with possession of a controlled substance, felony possession/distribution of marijuana, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
Williams is additionally charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and 1st degree cruelty to children.
