Zadrian Lamarcus McConnell, 46 of Cedartown, was arrested in Rome after police said he lied to them during an investigation.
Police said that McConnell gave officers a fake name and date of birth while being questioned back on November 12, 2003.
McConnell is charged with giving false information to police.
