Benjamin Lee Chubb, 60 of Cedartown, was jailed this week on a drug charge after being pulled over for driving while not wearing his seat belt.
Officers said that the stop on Park Avenue near Old Rockmart Road resulted in officers smelling and finding marijuana in Chubb’s possession.
Chubb is charged with DUI, possession of marijuana and a seat belt violation.
