Jeremiah Lemont Hicks, 46 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he was trafficking drugs at a location on Old Rockmart Road.
Reports said that Hicks purchased over $300 in THC edibles, vapes and plant materials in Monroe Michigan. He is then accused of transporting the drugs across state lines. Police stated that a search resulted in officer finding a large amount of marijuana that was prepackaged and THC vapes.
Hicks is charged with felony possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and drug trafficking.
