James Franklin Madrie Jr, 40 of Silver Creek, was allegedly found with drugs at the Floyd County Jail after being taken into custody for trespassing.
Reports said that Madrie knowingly went to a victim’s home on North Avery Road after being advised not to by police.
Authorities added that after arriving at the jail, Madrie was found with drugs on his possession.
Madrie is charged with criminal trespass, possession of a controlled substance, crossing the guard line with drugs and probation violation.
