Matthew Landon Littlejohn, 36 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he imprisoned a 35 year-old woman inside a car while he drove recklessly.
Police said that Littlejohn refused to allow the woman to exit the car despite her request to do so. Littlejohn is also accused of striking a mailbox and failing to notify authorities.
The incident occurred in front of two children.
Littlejohn is charged with false imprisonment, reckless conduct, two counts cruelty to children, obstruction and duty upon striking fixture.
