Carol Ann Ray, 56 of Rome, was arrested for the second time this week for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart.
Reports said that the latest incident reportedly saw Ray steal $91.01 worth of merchandise by skip-scanning numerous items.
Police added that Ray violated a term of her bond by being on Walmart property.
Ray is charged with theft by shoplifting and violation of bond.
