Kelis Diane Bowens, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she helped a man destroy police evidence.
Reports said that Bowens dumped a man’s marijuana into her drink in order to obstruct the apprehension and prosecution of Austin Wayne Vines, 25 of Rome.
Bowens is charged with party to a crime and tampering with evidence.
