Stephen Jarrod Washington, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he destroyed a window to a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe.
Reports stated that Washington broke the front passenger’s window belonging to a former female roommate. The estimated value of the window was listed at $450.
Washington is also accused of being in contempt of court for not paying over $32,00 in child support.
Washington is charged with criminal trespass, probation violation and three counts contempt of court.
